Metalheadz presents first in a series of old skool events to celebrate the rich history of drum’n’bass and other forms of electronic music. The dj’s have been requested to dig as deep and as far as possible. So we invite you to come and join us to what should be a classic night full of timeless music.
These are the recordings from last Saturdays “Metalheadz History Session” which took place at Cable, London. Some goosebumps inducing rare sets from Marley Marl (DJ Marl) & Clarky included. The untouchable, raw and flavoursome sound aesthetics of 90s Jungle/Drum and Bass.
the older i get, the more i love these throwback sets. Zinc’s set at Hospitality a few months back was great, too.
