    As always, nice blend from the Bud. Great tune selection n all that. One gripe. 115 minutes and only 19 tunes, I make that 6mins per tune, he does make use of long mixes but it does leaves one wanting, in terms of a good old fashioned rinse out. I’m sure there are others who disagree.

    You’re calculations are right but this wasn’t a mix…It was just a nice,relaxed look back at the past , playing some of my favourite beatz from back in the day and talking about them…If u listen to my show on any normal week you’ll get about 25 trax in the two hrs…Or if u wanna check out the mini-mix i done on http://www.myspace.com/DNBiNFO u get 5 trax in 15mins….that shouldn’t leave one wanting , what what ??

    I think the ‘only for the UK hardcore raver’ part is from the Spaced tv series. There’s a clubbing episode in that which might raise a chuckle.

    not heard the set yet – sure it’ll be top. Meanwhile, just like to give a nod to Big Bud for ‘late night blues’ which put me on the right track a year or two back :)

    As for the mathematics of 6 mins per tune from MJHalfhour – Good Things Come To Those Who Wait!
    Besides, older tunes have generally got more elements to them than just a build and a drop (like most modern DnB), so it’s standard to leave them in longer – so you can hear all the progression and structure to the track. Have you ever heard LTJ in the mix? You’d be lucky to get only 6 minutes per track with him a lot of the time – that’s only half the length of some of his early tracks!

    Anyone know the name of the break used by Skanna in ‘Find Me’?
