DJ Madcap – Studiomix for FabricLive / Bukem In Session 09/2013


Mr. Madcap delivers a lovely mixtape with plenty of soulful goodness riding on the edge between old and newschool vibes. Recorded in appreciation for yesterdays Bukem in Session Party @ Fabric.     For the first song I just noticed that the guys from technimatic actually sampled Seba and The Chameleon – Links. Not really impressed by that but on the contrary… drum’n'bass is so superficial nowadays. But hey, that’s just my opinion ;-)

    For the record I added the samples at the start using the original
    Links 12″ & using atmospherics from a sample pack in the back ground.
    This was made as an intro for the mix (as this was for Bukem In Session I believed
    it was relevant ). ;)
