Having first come to prominence in 1999 when he was signed to LTJ Bukem’s Good Looking label, Makoto has steadily, consistently carved out his own groove in the world of Drum and Bass, with his trademark expansive jazz and soul-inflected workouts garnering critical praise from all corners.

Great to see Makoto dropping this winter warming mix of pure class on us. Quality, soulful drum and bass all the way. The man from Japan also had a recent mid-tempo release on Apollo Records (Sisterlabel to R&S!) – Peep the video above.
