Yep its a legit, free release of DJ Blades second Album called “No Good Way To Let Go” in 320kbps MP3 quality. Anyone who likes deep, quality drum and bass, soulful jungle & cheeky bootlegs should be all over this!
Dj Blade? His debut album has been released on Telluric in late 2010 followed by plenty of releases on Labels such as Soundtrax, Textures Music, Future Thinkin, Think Deep, Black Reflections, SDR and Fokuz. Check his Podcasts over at soundcloud.com and keep an eye out for One7Six, his very own imprint in the making.
Up next is probaly a 12″ on Darkestral. a 12″ on Beaten Track and a 12″ on Drop Records that is a new sub label of Alphacut Records. Hopefully i manage to finish a few tracks that have been promised to other labels as well. I have also started a deep house project with a friend from Berlin, so expect more and more house and techno from Felix K in the future. (Full interview at organicbeats.co.uk)
Another lesson in early jungle by jack of all trades – Felix K. Check out part 1 if you like this. Earn 1000 oldschool credits if you can do a tracklist for this. ;)
So i just started my new radio show on bassdrive.com, and in celebration id thought id give out the first three shows as mp3s. all three of these have no speakin/talkin at all, just three 2 hour long mixes. I hope every one enjoys them! and remember to check out the show on bassdrive.com tuesdays 8-10EST!
What we have here is 3 x 2 hours of good old drum and bass of all colours with a lot of fine, rolling and halfsteppy tunes and a touch of oldschool feeling. The july 2009 Goodie-Zip-File contains a dubstep mix and 2 free drum and bass tunes that are absolutely fine and worth playing. Mixmaster Doc, hailing from South Carolina is one of my favourite producers and he knows how to mix records. I recommend you download these.
