4. Lave, Ignite is an absolute shit hole… I live in Nowrich so I know, trust. Am in Germany at the moment so couldnt go (I was prepared to go to this shit hole to see Intalex!! will download the mix asap.

   and the live band cant hack it vs the production on vinyl, sounds much weaker

22. When I click Get Info it says it is a Mp3 file…but in iTunes it is Mpeg-1 Layer 2 (I take it thats MP2?). Would this eriously degrade the quality of the tune? Why on earth is it saved as an MP2? I cant get it on my iPod either.

    Easiest way to MP2 to MP3???

23. I mistakenly renamed this file to .mp3 thinking mp2 was simply a typo. It is in fact an mp2. Why? Any number of reasons that don’t matter now.

    If you look up a couple of posts you’ll see a link to an MP2 to MP3 conversion guide. Alternatively if you have Winamp you can use the included diskwriter pluging to save the mp2 as a wav, then import that into iTunes and convert it to mp3.

    I’ve corrected the name to mp2 on the server:

    If one of the breaksblog peeps update the URL in the post I’ll remove the incorrectly named mp3. Thanks!

    if you are using itunes, as you need to to use an ipod, the easiest way is to right click on the mp2 in itunes and click convert to mp3
