yes yes, his debut album is sooooo awesome, one of the bigest talents in dnb and a really nice guy.
Really feeling the beats Alix Perez is making at the moment. In my opinion he has the similar skills to Calibre in that his tunes seem simple but have such a groove going on that they alawys sound fresh. Good work.
Love the album and this man is always good when it comes to playing out.

agree that the AP sound has many similarities to Calibre.
If he wasn’t as good as he was, I’d say he’s biting his style.
His music is really excellent so I can’t level that claim.
This mix is nuts. It shows D&B in a good place at the end of the decade.
Ulterior Motive’s “Featherweight” is bonkers. The use of the Mobb Deep sample gives me goosebumps. Tune of the mix for me.

Picked up a digital copy of 1984. *insane* album. Really consisitent. Would buy more albums if producers could make them as consistent as this one.
