“Time flies when you’re having fun, or so they say. I wanted to do a mix which is a snapshot of some of the D+B that I’ve really loved over the last decade. 2 parts in 2 hours, year by year. That’s about 5-8 tunes a year. It took ages just to get a vague idea of what I wanted on there. Then organising it by year, and working out what would work where. So many amazing tunes didn’t make it just for that reason. It’s not meant to be me going ‘this is the best music D+B had to offer’ its just a mix of some of my personal favourites. I hope you enjoy it.”
Cyantific is a madman on the decks. This mix is a crazy, fast paced journey through the years with lots of classics and big tunes of each era from 2000 to 2004.
D-Bridge in charge at Fabric, Room 2, Elevator Music Launch-Party. Mr. Exit playing a dope, mostly dubby, minimal halftime selection with Dread MC and Crazy D – one of the biggest MCs from the Dubstep circuit – keeping the vibes alive. The crowd were having it from the sounds of it. Get on this.
Some people probably will want to pull their hair out due to the mcs “ruining that wonderful set” so if you dont like mcs better skip this one.
PS: Thanks for keeping the site alive through your comments everyone!
DJ Redeyes gifts us with an exclusive mix for PODCAST 05. This mix is a true represenation of what we love about Liquid Drum and Bass, and are honoured to have Redeyes mix it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Doc Scott just unleashed his last mix for 2009 (Yep, he is late, not me …). A story from deep and dangerous to techy stompers and back to the deepest in futuristic drum and bass. Flawless.

Mr. Influence Records has moved places and is finally back with the final installment for 2009. Some issues with the microphone but plenty good music inside.
New liquid-filled mix from the homey Sol.ID. He wanted to give the people something different than the harder-tinged flavors that have been coming out, and we’re grateful for it. Loads of dubs and fresh bits.
Every regular breaksblog visitor should know Sol.ID by now since his first appearance was on here was in 2004 followed by at least one mix each year. Mostly nice, liquidy and mellow but also some champion bubblers make this another fine mix to start the new year. via khal
As 2009 draws to a close Broken Audio would like to say thanks to everyone who showed their support throughout the year for Broken Audio Records, so as a thank you gesture we are very proud to present a special guest mix from none other than the bigman LOXY, label owner of Cylon & Xtinction Agenda and resident at Renagade Hardware.
Deep dark and dangerous mix by Loxy for Broken Audio Recordings. Sophisticated selection, flawless blends and a fitting hip-hop outro make this mix a keeper. Badboy.
